IDSS is pleased to offer our clients both secure document storage as well as fast and efficient records retrieval services. Our central Vancouver Island location enables us to offer document storage and records management to Nanaimo, Victoria, Duncan, the Comox Valley and all points in between.

Complying with laws governing the secure holding of certain information can require organizations to maintain years worth of records, often for files or accounts that have long ago become inactive or past use.

IDSS can usually deliver a required file from our records storage center to clients in Nanaimo within the same business day.

 

 

IDSS takes the hassle out of storing such records by securely storing documents at our mid-island storage facility. Should any of these records be required you may contact us and request delivery of such files. You can access records within 24 hours if you are located in Nanaimo or central Vancouver Island.
